INSTIU Machining’s Drilling, Tapping and Spot Facing machines are essential tools for achieving accurate and precise results in on-site machining applications. With our range of portable drilling, Tapping and Spot Facing machines, we can provide tailored solutions that meet the unique needs of our clients while delivering high-quality results with a quick turnaround. We use our magnetic drills to machine out and remove broken and seized bolts in the Chemical plants. Our deep hole drilling is typically used in the refineries for drilling out plugged equipment. INSITU Machining also performs spot facing and the oversizing of Fin Fan plugs in the local Refineries with our magnetic drills and Fin Fan adapter kits. When large hole drilling is required, we use our heavy-duty Mirage HT 50 drilling machine with a hydraulic power pack that can drill 5” Diameter hole, with 2 frame lengths of 16” & 48”. For the deeper hole jobs, we have multiple 48” extensions that can be joined together.
